Choices 3 Study Installation Instructions

Step 1
If you do not have Choices3 installed, please install the Choices3 software first

Step 2
Insert the Study Installation CD-ROM into the CD drive

Start Choices3



Step 4
Click on Survey à Install Survey



Step 5
Click Next on the screen that appears



Step 6
Click Add Path on this screen. If the correct path already exists, skip to #8



Step 7
Navigate to the C:\Program Files\Choices3\Surveys directory, or wherever your surveys reside, and click OK



Step 8
Make sure the path in the window now reads “C:\Program Files\Choices3\Surveys” (or the path to your surveys) and click Next



Step 9
Pull down the menu and select the CD drive



Step 10
Click the List Surveys button, Highlight the name of the survey and Click Install



Step 11
When prompted to Choose a specific control file, click NO



Step 12
Click Exit

Step 13
Click OK

Step 14
Click Yes

Step 15
When you go to Survey à Change Survey, click the Refresh button and your new survey will now appear
